Semibot offers field service when required by our valued customer. We are aware and we understand that sometimes it is necessary to go out and provide on site service for our valued customers in order to minimize the downtime of robotic automation equipment.

The field service support involves on-site troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and emergency repairs Our customer support also involves telephone technical support for all equipment designed, integrated and serviced at the Semibot.
